Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time. Every insurance company, in every state, has different rules for what services are covered, within specific time frames and rates. Sometimes, coverage for specialized OT services can be limited. By working together outside the insurance model, we can focus on results - not deductibles, premiums, codes, or fee schedules.

How much do services cost?

My services are billed on a sliding scale, depending on income, needs, and frequency of visits.

It is very important to me that my services are accessible and affordable to all. My rates are priced below what most insurance companies reimburse for occupational therapy services.

• Occupational Therapy sessions are $85 - 150 per hour.

• Coaching and yoga sessions are $65 - $130 per hour.

• Consulting rates are $200 per hour.

Where are services provided?

My services are community-based - that means, I come to you! I typically work within homes, schools, libraries, and community clinics. I also offer a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth (video/phone) sessions.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Nope! But when possible, I appreciate collaborating with your whole team (physician, psychiatrist, counselor, teachers, etc.) through an inclusive, unified approach to your health and wellbeing.
