Individual sessions provide a customized yoga experience, oriented to your needs and abilities.

Group

Group classes are an affordable, accessible route to learn and practice yoga. Enjoy the benefits of shared community while deepening your mind-body-spirit connection.

Group classes are offered on-site in homes, workplaces, and in the community.

All materials (mats, blocks, straps, etc.) are provided for in-home classes.

Workshops

Workshops are a great opportunity to expand your “toolbox” of poses, modifications, alignment, and adaptations. Workshops are offered at studios, clinics, and other community organizations as available.

Different from traditional yoga instructors, I provide therapeutic instruction informed by clinical training in biomechanics, neuroscience, physiology, and mental health.

I have more than 10 years of experience, including adaptive yoga for persons with disability.
